Who can apply
- The applicant must be pregnant.
- Applicants in ARC-designated counties in Kentucky, age 18 or older and at most 14 weeks pregnant.
Documents to gather
Proof of pregnancy
- Patient's name.
- Clinic's name, location, and contact information.
- Date of the visit to the medical provider.
- Expected due date.
After you apply
- Participants are randomly assigned to a high cash or low cash group. Both groups take part in the research study.
- The research study lasts 18 months.
