Who can apply
- The applicant must be pregnant.
- Arkansas residents who are no more than 27 weeks pregnant and meet either cohort rules.
Documents to gather
Proof of pregnancy
- A MyChart screenshot, after-visit summary, WIC referral form, or urine or blood test result.
- Must show patient name, provider name, visit date, and due date or gestational age.
- The visit must be within the last 3 months.
- Sonograms, photos of pregnancy tests, and notes from providers are not accepted.

Please confirm you meet the following requirements prior to applying. If your application is selected to move forward The Bridge Project will ask you to submit documentation verifying you meet these requirements. You do not need a Social Security Number or ITIN to apply.

- Use the pregnancy proof types the application accepts. Sonograms, photos of pregnancy tests, and notes from providers are not accepted.
What we could not check
- Two cohorts have different age and military service rules. The official pages disagree at exactly $44,000 for the military service cohort.
- Published application closing dates and exact payment amounts or schedules were not found on the captured pages.
- Milwaukee and Arkansas military cohort: income boundary rules need confirmation because the official pages disagree.
